I can create DCF models for 2-stage or 3-stage public or private companies. 

WACC and analyst estimates will be used as per the industry standards. 

Along with the DCF analysis; sensitivity analysis and football field analysis will also be provided where individuals can have a look at different WACC and share price generated accordingly. 

I will also use EBIDTA multiple method to provide an alternative DCF valuation along with the standard long-term growth rate method.

Completed and built a good DCF analysis. Would like to have had hard coded numbers pulled from an income statement/balance sheet/cash flow statement forecasts. Was hoping we would have forecasted financial statements such as the CF statement, however, it was not part of our invoice so overall the service provided was pretty good! Seller was professional and provided some formulas in the excel model which was also nice. Seller also used some of our existing data we provided to build on top of which was also very nice.

Very timely in responses, great communication and a pleasure to work with. For the financial projections I needed, I did not have the best accounting work done in previous years. He was patient in requesting additional information, and the fact that there was a lot missing. He also provided additional income sheets at no cost, this I plan to pay for as a tip, as all work should be compensated. For the information he was given, he did a quality job. I will have to go edit and continue with my CPA, but this is my fault as no one can put together financial projections with such inadequate info. It's honesty amazing he did what he was able to with what I provided him.
